Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute the vision, strategic plans, and annual business Plan.

Drive profitability, manage institutional risks, and optimize balance sheet growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, regulators, clients, and general public.

Inspire, mentor and lead the management team to achieve high performance and organizational excellence.

Qualification & Experience

Master’s Degree in Management field or Bachelor Degree with CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA.

Minimum 10 years of work experience in Banks or Financial Institutions or Capital Market with at least 5 years in Managerial level or above.

Age should not exceed 52 years as on the last date of application.
