Job Summary

are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Manager to oversee and manage the import and logistics operations of automobile products. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end import process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, managing logistics documentation, coordinating with suppliers and service providers, and ensuring compliance with relevant import and customs procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the import of goods and products from international suppliers.

• Coordinate the complete logistics process from shipment planning to final delivery.

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs agents, and other logistics service providers.

• Prepare, verify, and maintain import and logistics-related documentation.

• Monitor shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported goods.

• Coordinate with customs and relevant government authorities for import-related procedures.

• Track shipment status, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.

• Ensure compliance with applicable customs, import, and trade regulations.

• Manage transportation and warehousing arrangements for incoming goods.

• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and import documentation.

• Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, customs-related matters, and other logistics challenges.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Prepare regular reports on import activities, shipment status, logistics costs, and operational performance.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, preferably with significant experience in import operations.

• Strong knowledge of import procedures, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.

• Good understanding of international logistics and supply chain operations.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, customs agents, and internal teams.
