We are looking for a creative and versatile Creative Designer to develop engaging visual content across digital campaigns, social media, corporate communications, events, and marketing platforms. The role combines graphic design, videography, video editing, photography, and visual storytelling, with responsibility for taking creative projects from concept through final delivery.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Create designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, events, and corporate communications.

Design brochures, presentations, banners, leaflets, and other marketing materials.

Develop visual concepts and campaign creatives based on marketing requirements.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative outputs.

Adapt designs for different digital and physical formats.

Create basic motion graphics, reels, and video content.

Plan, shoot, and edit client testimonials, product videos, corporate videos, event coverage, and social content.

Handle video production, including camera setup, lighting, audio, editing, color grading, transitions, and subtitles.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other internal teams.

Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors when required.

Manage creative files, templates, and digital assets.

Incorporate feedback and deliver final creatives within agreed timelines.

Stay updated on design, video, social media, and AI-assisted creative trends.

Travel to client locations, branches, and events for photography, videography, and marketing activities when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in creative design, videography, and video editing.

Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and creative work.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent professional tools.

Experience producing professional testimonial, interview, corporate, or promotional videos.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and design principles.

Ability to independently manage creative projects from concept to final delivery.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel for shoots, events, and other official assignments.
