Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in planning and selecting international tour packages.

Provide information about international destinations, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate hotel bookings, airport transfers, sightseeing, and other tour-related services.

Assist in preparing quotations and customized travel itineraries.

Support customers with basic visa documentation and travel requirements.

Communicate with hotels, destination partners, transport providers, and other travel suppliers.

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, documentation, and travel arrangements.

Maintain accurate records of customer and tour-related information.

Provide pre-travel support and coordinate with customers during the tour preparation process.

Perform other duties related to outbound tour operations as assigned.

Job Specification (JS)

Educational Qualification

Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in outbound tours, travel agencies, ticketing, or tourism will be an advantage.

Experienced candidates will be given priority.
