We are looking for experienced Civil Overseers / Sub Engineers to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Supervise daily construction and site activities.

Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor workmanship, materials, and overall construction quality.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.

Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.

Assist with site measurements, quantity verification, and material requirements.

Maintain daily site records and progress reports.

Identify construction issues and coordinate timely solutions.

Monitor proper use of materials and site resources.

Ensure site safety procedures and project requirements are followed.

Requirements

Diploma/Sub-Engineering qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant construction-site experience.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and site execution.

Experience supervising workers and coordinating construction activities.

Good understanding of construction materials and quality standards.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work full-time at the project site.
