We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Construction to oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed according to schedule, quality standards, and project requirements.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily construction activities.

Ensure project work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular site and progress reports.

Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.

Monitor construction quality and ensure required standards are maintained.

Identify site issues, delays, and risks and coordinate timely solutions.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for project activities.

Monitor project schedules and support cost and resource control.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements.

Coordinate with management and other stakeholders regarding project progress.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management or Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction field.

Experience in construction project or site management preferred.

Good understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and site operations.

Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage contractors, workers, and multiple site activities.

Good reporting and documentation skills.

Willingness to work full-time at the project site.
