This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1+ year of ticketing experience who can ensure accurate reservations, timely confirmations, and smooth passenger travel flows.

Key Responsibilities

Create, issue, and reissue international airline tickets based on confirmed bookings, fare rules, and passenger requirements.

Handle airline PNR management, including ticketing requests, schedule changes, name corrections, and required passenger data updates.

Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve ticketing issues such as ticket status discrepancies, waitlist processing, and payment or documentation holds.

Verify ticket documents and travel itineraries for accuracy, including passenger names, passport details, booking classes, and fare conditions.

Process cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and rebooking actions in line with airline policies and BSP/IATA-related procedures (where applicable).

Communicate with customers and internal teams to confirm travel details, provide updates, and manage exceptions quickly and accurately.

Maintain organized records of issued tickets, transaction status, and pending cases using internal tracking tools or ticketing systems.

Requirements

Airline Ticketing — 1+ year of hands-on experience issuing international airline tickets, handling exchanges/cancellations, and applying fare rules accurately.

Ticketing Systems Proficiency — working knowledge of airline ticketing/booking platforms (e.g., GDS or airline portals) to manage PNRs and ticket issuance reliably.

Travel and Tourism — understanding of international travel processes, travel document basics, and how itineraries affect ticketing outcomes.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills — able to confirm passenger details, coordinate with airlines/suppliers, and resolve issues professionally and clearly.

Education — Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Customer and booking accuracy — strong ability to double-check passenger data (name spelling, passport details, dates) to prevent ticketing errors and rework.

Knowledge of airline policies — familiarity with ticketing timelines, refund/exchange conditions, and standard airline documentation requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience with international group/charter ticketing or multi-passenger itinerary handling.

Prior experience working with BSP/airline accounting workflows or internal reconciliation for ticket transactions.

Familiarity with common travel service coordination tasks (visa-linked itinerary verification, transfer coordination, or itinerary amendments).

What We Offer

Salary

22000/Month and Lunch will be provided by office.

Opportunities to work on international travel bookings and build airline ticketing expertise.

Supportive onboarding and operational guidance from experienced travel and ticketing staff.

Exposure to airline operations and customer-facing travel coordination work.

A professional work environment aligned with the travel industry’s service standards.
