We are looking for an Accounting Software Sales & Support Executive with a good understanding of accounting principles and practical experience using accounting software or ERP systems. The role involves software demonstrations, implementation support, client training, and helping customers effectively use accounting features within the software.

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Conduct accounting software demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.

Assist with software implementation, setup, and configuration.

Provide user training and ongoing software support.

Understand client requirements and recommend practical software solutions.

Explain accounting processes and workflows within the software.

Assist clients with accounting, financial reporting, VAT, TDS, and tax-related requirements.

Support clients in resolving software and accounting-related queries.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and technical issues.

Maintain proper records of client demonstrations, implementations, and support activities.

Follow up with clients and support overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience using accounting software or ERP systems.

Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred.

Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.

Practical knowledge of VAT, TDS, and basic tax compliance.

Good understanding of financial statements and accounting reports.

Experience using or configuring accounting software/ERP systems.

Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to understand client requirements and provide practical solutions.

Comfortable conducting software demonstrations and user training.
