Leadership Academy Nepal (LAN) is working to close the human resource gap in Nepal and South Asia. In collaboration with Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business, we're building a gold-standard platform for high-skilled corporate training, with programs in leadership and management, AI and digital capability, and talent development.

We're looking for someone who can run the operations behind our programs and grow our corporate client base.

What you'll do

• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and business leaders
• Identify, pitch, and close corporate training opportunities
• Plan and coordinate training programs end to end, including scheduling, faculty and participant logistics, and venue and materials
• Track sales pipeline, program delivery, and participant feedback
• Work with our team and partners to keep every program at a high standard

You might be a fit if you

• Have at least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, ideally in training, education, or professional services
• Communicate confidently with middle managers and senior executives
• Are organized, proactive, and comfortable owning results
• Care about developing Nepal's talent and leadership
