Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, books of accounts, and investment records.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Maintain and update investor databases, records, agreements, and communications.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Respond to investor queries and support regular investor reporting and communication.
• Assist management in preparing investor presentations and financial information.
• Support the company in IPO preparation and listing processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, issue managers, legal advisors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in preparing IPO-related documents, financial information, disclosures, and due diligence requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory, financial, tax, and corporate compliance requirements.
• Assist in audit, taxation, reconciliation, and other financial review processes.
• Conduct financial analysis of investments, projects, and portfolio companies.
• Support management in investment evaluation and financial decision-making.
• Maintain proper corporate, financial, and regulatory documentation.
• Perform other finance, investment, and corporate assignments as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter/Final level).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, investment, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of IPO, capital markets, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical ability.
