• Manage the daily operations of the hubs.
• Conduct regular standup meeting & training session with the DEX heroes regarding delivery SOP, Failed delivery reason tagging and ground issue faced by DEX heroes.
• Inter functional coordination with other team member for customer issues resolution and grievance handling
• Closely monitoring the performance of DEX heroes via dash board.
• Financial Reconciliation & package reconciliation
• Maintain daily Inhouse record of pending shipment held at hubs.
• Communicates daily with feeding facilities to ensure a proper plan is set
• Routine monitoring of the performance, SLAs, and KPIs related to the Last mile operations
• Overseeing 5s and 6s implementation of the facility and ensure SOPs are implemented without fail.
• Providing routine training to the teams regarding the SLAs operational procedures
• Serve as a leader of Daraz culture and values at the Hub.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in managing a large team
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Essential to have intermediate-level Excel skills
