Chiya Spot is one of the leading names in the tea and café business, with five successful branches currently in operation and a sixth branch opening soon. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator Intern to help shape our online presence and connect with our growing community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit content, including photos, reels, and videos, for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Visit branches to capture behind-the-scenes moments, new menu items, and customer experiences
• Write captions and social media copy consistent with the brand's tone and voice
• Support content planning and execution for the launch of the sixth branch
• Monitor social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events
• Track and report on content performance and engagement metrics

Requirements

• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing
• Basic proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Willingness to work on location across different branches
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Access to a personal smartphone or camera preferred
