Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. The designer will create motion graphics, animated assets, and visual elements for digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. Daily tasks include collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams; conceptualizing storyboards; designing graphics and layouts; and producing animated videos and motion-based content. The role involves maintaining brand consistency across visual outputs, optimizing assets for various platforms, and contributing creative ideas to enhance user engagement and visual storytelling. The designer will also manage project timelines, prepare files for production, and stay updated on industry trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for creating engaging animated content.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing videos for digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for both static and dynamic visual assets.
• Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video work, and visual design projects.
• Candidates should have good visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should preferably hold a diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
