Role Description

We’re looking for a creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead production of engaging visual content for digital, social, and brand campaigns. You'll turn design concepts into polished motion assets, mentor junior creatives, and keep our branding consistent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and other platforms.
• Design 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, explainers.
• Edit footage end to end: cuts, pacing, color grading, and sound sync
• Turn briefs and scripts into storyboards, style frames, and finished videos
• Keep all outputs on-brand and platform-ready
• Work with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers on multi-channel campaigns
• Manage multiple timelines and deliver on schedule
• Take feedback well and lead revision rounds

Requirements

• 4+ years in motion graphics, video editing, and visual design (agency experience preferred)
• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid grasp of animation, composition, color, typography, and storytelling
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and complex schedules
• A portfolio or showreel (required)

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools.
• Sound design and mixing skills
• Illustration and character design experience.
• Knowledge of social platform specs and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
