Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in FMCG/Dairy sales, with HORECA exposure preferred

Strong HORECA network within Kathmandu Valley preferred

Excellent negotiation, CRM, and distributor management skills

Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel across the assigned territory

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the HORECA segment

Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses

Identify new business opportunities and onboard new HORECA accounts

Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approach

Ensure timely product delivery, inventory coordination, and after-sales support

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
