Admin and Finance Assistant

Location

Lalitpur-2, Sanepa (Frequent field visit to the sites)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial record keeping.

Prepare invoices, payment documents, vouchers, and financial records.

Maintain and organize administrative and financial documents.

Support bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and reporting.

Assist with procurement, office administration, and coordination.

Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant work experience; OR +2 (Management/Commerce or related field) with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Good knowledge of accounting, inventory, and store management.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and accounting software.

Good communication, coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial and stock records.

Note

Compulsory possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license.
