Job Summary

We are seeking a Video Editor to create high-quality video content that supports marketing, product storytelling, and internal communications for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will edit raw footage into polished videos, manage multiple projects at once, and deliver on deadlines with consistency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble video footage for product highlights, factory/build updates, event recaps, and promotional campaigns.

Create engaging short-form and long-form videos by applying pacing, transitions, captions, and audio synchronization.

Design and update video thumbnails and simple motion graphics using Canva and editing tools.

Incorporate brand guidelines into visuals, typography, color, and on-screen text for consistent output.

Manage video project timelines, organize media assets, and track versioning across multiple deliverables.

Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to gather raw materials, understand requirements, and implement feedback.

Prepare exported files in required formats for web, social media, and presentations.

Requirements

Video Editing — 3+ years of hands-on experience editing raw footage, working with timelines, and producing final exports for social and web use.

Canva — proficient use of Canva for thumbnails, overlays, basic motion-style elements, and quick design assets used in video projects.

Video Editing — demonstrated ability to work with audio/video synchronization, color correction basics, captions/subtitles, and iterative revisions.

Graphic Designer — working knowledge of visual design principles to create clean layouts, typography, and brand-consistent visuals for video deliverables.

Ability to work independently — manage daily tasks, follow project briefs, and deliver independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work in a group — collaborate with marketing and stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and maintain a shared workflow.

Multitask — handle multiple video requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Proficiency with common video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent).

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and compositing for overlays, lower-thirds, and simple animated elements.

Understanding of video formats and platform requirements (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) including resolution, aspect ratios, and bitrate basics.

Nice to Have

Experience editing manufacturing/industrial content such as product demos, shopfloor reels, or safety/process videos.

Portfolio showing a mix of short-form social videos and longer promotional/editing work.

Familiarity with sound design basics (cleaning dialogue, selecting background music, balancing levels).

What We Offer

A stable work environment within a growing manufacturing organization.

Opportunities to learn and improve through ongoing content production and feedback loops.

Access to tools and workflow support to help you deliver professional video outputs.

Performance-based recognition for meeting quality and deadline expectations.
