Qualification

CMA or ANM or Lab Assistant from recognized institution with at least two years of experience.

Preference will be given to those who have prior experience in Home Based Service.

Required competencies

Ability to perform general health care procedures.

Experience in data collection, coordination and familiar to the data collection application.

Strong Interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English (Verbal and written).

Licensed to ride a bike (Preferable).

Key responsibilities

Provide Community and Home-Based Service.

Provide primary health care services, including home visits, basic medical procedure, collect blood sample, patient education and counseling.

Provide medical reports and supply basic medicines as per the patients’ needs.

Maintain Patient records and report the concerned department.

Coordinate with the local leaders and care givers for health service.
