We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong knowledge of transformers and industrial products. The role requires a combination of technical product understanding, field sales, client relationship management, and business development.

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Promote and sell transformers and other industrial products.

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and market prospecting.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable transformer solutions.

Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales inquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closure.

Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.

Coordinate with technical and internal teams regarding client requirements and product specifications.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.

Maintain sales records and prepare regular sales and field-visit reports.

Requirements

Relevant experience in industrial product, transformer, electrical equipment, or technical sales.

Good knowledge and understanding of transformers and their applications.

Strong experience or understanding of field sales and business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to understand technical product requirements and explain solutions to customers.

Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.
