Crave Bakery is looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of baking, cake and pastry preparation, recipe consistency, food hygiene, and day-to-day bakery operations. Experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste, texture, quality, and presentation.
• Prepare and measure ingredients accurately according to recipes and production requirements.
• Decorate and finish cakes, pastries, and other bakery products as required.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment, ovens, mixers, and other kitchen tools safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and workstations in accordance with food safety standards.
• Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.
• Manage daily production according to orders and business requirements.
• Minimize food waste and maintain proper storage of ingredients and products.
• Assist in developing new bakery products and improving existing recipes.
• Coordinate with other kitchen and production team members to ensure smooth operations.
