📋 About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Asst. Manager to drive sales and business development in the heavy equipment and Genset industry. The role involves customer visits, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, good knowledge of the heavy equipment market, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct customer visits and develop strong client relationships

Identify and pursue new sales and business opportunities

Promote company products and services to potential customers

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Handle sales discussions, negotiations, quotations, and follow-ups

Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

Develop new leads through field visits and business development activities

Monitor customer needs and market opportunities in the heavy equipment and Genset sector

Coordinate with the internal team to support customer requirements

Maintain records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities

Work toward assigned sales and business development targets

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment or gensets.

Good technical knowledge of heavy equipment, gensets, and related products.

Strong communication, strong leadership skills,negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Valid two-wheeler driving license and own two-wheeler.

Willingness to travel.
