Job Description
Nepal women community service center(NWCSC) is an non-governmental, essentially non- political and non-profit making organization. This organization has been registered in District Administration Office Dang in 1993. NWCSC has been affiliated in Social welfare Council, NGO Federation Nepal, Nepal Safe motherhood Federation Network of Nepal.
NWCSC is governed by its constitution and code of conduct. There is an executive committee to govern this organization. NWCSC is unique organization where only female members are consists as BOD representative. The executive committee is inclusive. Representation to the executive committee from women, Dalit, Janajati, has been ensured by the constitution. NWCSC dang conduct regular executive committee meeting, annual general meeting. This organization has open membership, public audit for transparency & accountability according to good governance policy.
NWCSC have been run by a group of dedicated women volunteers, NWCSC strives for equal status of women in all Illiterate and backward society in rural areas. With the aim of eradicating all forms of social evils prior to inclusive development approach on social & economic development of the nation. NWCSC is dedicated towards the protection and promotion of Dalit, Janajati, child, and women rights through advocacy, lobbying and campaigns. This organization has been carried out various development activities in recent years.
Child and women right, Women health promotion, Child education, Environment protection, Poverty alleviation through Enterprise development, Reduce all form of violence against women, Humanitarian response are 8 key thematic area of NWCSC.
Vacancy Announcement
We would like to publish multiple job vacancies for Nepal Women Community Service Center (NWCSC) Dang. We are currently looking to hire for the following positions:
1. Project Coordinator - PROSPER – 1
Reports To
NWCSC Executive Director / Designated Project Focal Person
Location: Dang (with frequent travel across project command areas: Dang, Banke, Bardiya, and Surkhet)
The Project Coordinator will lead the setup, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of the PROSPER project. S/he will provide strategic guidance to project staff and manage stakeholders and engage private sectors and BFIs for effective project implementation. S/he will prepare project milestones, annual detailed implementation plans, and implementation guidelines, and will guide project staff toward achieving the project’s goals. S/he will be responsible for preparing periodic reports, meeting agreed deadlines, and coordinating with donors to ensure smooth project implementation.
2. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer - PROSPER – 1

Project Coordinator - PROSPER
Location: Project Office, PROSPER/ NWCSC, Ghorahi Dang with regular travel across project areas: Dang, Banke, Bardiya, and Surkhet
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer is responsible for developing MEL plan, tracking real-time project progress, capacity assessment of farmers organizations, maintain databases of private sectors and participating households, output and outcome monitoring and assist in preparing periodic reports for the PROSPER project. Under the guidance of the Project Coordinator, the incumbent carries out routine data quality assessment and learning events, and documents key learnings, success stories, and implementation milestones.
3. Finance Officer - PROSPER – 1

Project Coordinator - PROSPER
Location: Project Office, PROSPER/ NWCSC, Ghorahi Dang with regular travel across project areas: Dang, Banke, Bardiya, and Surkhet
The Finance Officer manages all financial accounts, budgeting, sub-grant compliance, and fiscal accountability, capacity building of cooperatives on financial management for the PROSPER project. The incumbent ensures transparent fund management, financial governance, strict adherence to donor financial guidelines, proper maintenance of computerized accounting records, and timely financial reporting.
4. Financial Inclusion Facilitator – District-Based (Dang, Banke, Bardia and Surkhet – 4 (1 in each district)

Project Command Areas (Dang, Banke, Bardiya, and Surkhet-1 position per district)
The Financial Inclusion Facilitator leads the PROSPER project’s grassroots financial inclusion and enterprise development portfolio within their assigned district. The incumbent provides strategic and technical support to improve smallholders', cooperatives', and agricultural SMEs' access to appropriate finance, markets, and economic opportunities. This role strengthens stakeholder capacity, facilitates partnerships with financial institutions, digital and agri-tech
firms, buyers, and investors, supports farmer-friendly financing initiatives like Financial Education Business Literacy (FEBL) FEBL Light classes, oversees loan facilitation and repayment performance, and provides timely analysis and report recommendations to the Project Coordinator.
