Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energic, and customer-focused Sales Girls to join our clothing store. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain a receive merchandise displays, process sales, and help achieve store sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience both in store and in online platforms.

Key Responsivities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories based on their needs and preferences.

• Explain product features, sizes, fabrics, and pricing.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Operate the POS (billing) system and handle cash/card transac ons accurately.

• Maintain proper records of customer orders and sales.

• Maintain store cleanliness and a rac ve product displays.

• Arrange, replenish, and organize stock on shelves and racks.

• Assist in inventory coun ng and stock management.

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policies.

• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.

• Support online customer inquiries and social media Promotions

Qualification/ Requirements

• Minimum SEE/+2 completed (Bachelor's running is an advantage).

• Previous retail or clothing sales experience is preferred; freshers with good communication on skills may also apply.

• Must have Saree Draping Skills

• Age below 24 years

• Good Communication on Skills in both English and Nepali

• Must be Responsible, Punctual and Willing to Learn
