We are looking for an experienced Multi-Destination Education Counselor to guide students interested in pursuing higher education in the UK, Finland, Germany, and other European countries. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international education counseling, university admissions, documentation, and student application processes.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Counsel students regarding study opportunities in the UK, Finland, Germany, and other European destinations.

Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable universities and programs.

Provide accurate information about admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, and application procedures.

Guide students throughout university application and documentation processes.

Follow up with prospective students and support inquiry-to-enrollment conversion.

Assist students with SOPs, application documents, and other admission requirements.

Maintain updated knowledge of universities, courses, admission requirements, and destination-specific policies.

Communicate with universities and relevant representatives regarding student applications.

Maintain accurate student records and application updates.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, counseling sessions, and promotional activities when required.

Work toward assigned counseling, application, and enrollment targets.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in international education counseling.

Practical counseling experience for the UK, Finland, Germany, or other European destinations.

Good understanding of university admissions and student application procedures.

Strong counseling, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable study options.

Strong follow-up and student relationship-management skills.

Good documentation and organizational abilities.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a student recruitment environment.
