• Monitor stock and coordinate with the concerned team regarding product availability.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
• Stay updated on new designs, products, offers, and promotions.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the management.
