Job Title: Jr. Procurement Officer

Reporting to :Procurement Officer/GM

Salary: 20-22k (according to the experience)

Key Responsibilities:

· Search, evaluate, and manage suppliers according to company procurement policy to ensure quality and cost-effective sourcing

· Purchase all factory requirements such as stickers, labels, packaging materials, PET jars, glass jars, lab equipment, lab-grade chemicals, and enzymes

· Coordinate with honey suppliers for regular supply and also identify and develop new suppliers when needed

· Communicate and manage orders with suppliers from China and India, including coordination with transport agents for smooth import and delivery

· Use Odoo system for procurement activities such as purchase order creation, daily sales tracking, and updating product and packaging records

· Work closely with the factory team, collect and process purchase requisition forms, and ensure timely procurement of required materials

· Coordinate machine repair and maintenance support when required to ensure smooth factory operation

· Handle general procurement of company goods as per operational needs and approved procurement procedures

Required Qualification & Experience:

· 1-2 years of experience in related field.

· Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management

· Good negotiation and communication skills

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

· Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
