Create, edit and publish engaging posts, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, graphics and promotional content.

Handle photography and video shooting during office activities, events, training programs and student activities.

Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.

Prepare captions, hashtags and basic content calendars.

Monitor comments, messages and routine enquiries and forward important matters to the relevant team.

Identify relevant social media trends and develop suitable content ideas.

Create content related to XploraKodo, Japan & Careers, Japanese language, students, AI, technology, events and company activities.

Maintain organized folders for photos, videos, graphics and other digital content.

Track basic social media performance and provide regular updates to management.

Ensure all content is accurate, professional and aligned with XploraKodo’s branding.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of social media platforms.

Strong English and Nepali communication skills.

Skills in Canva and CapCut or similar tools.

Basic photography, videography and graphic design skills.

Creative content ideas and awareness of social media trends.

Ability to use AI tools for content creation.

Good communication, time management and organizational skills.

Japanese language knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
