The role involves assisting with audience targeting, campaign setup, performance tracking, reporting, and basic optimization. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, basic analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or performance marketing preferred.

Freshers with strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads may also be considered.
