Job Description

We are a UK-based property management company seeking a committed and ambitious Property Manager to join our Nepal-based remote team. This is a long-term career opportunity in UK real estate and property management. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to gain relevant qualifications and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage UK residential tenancies after tenants move in.

Monitor rent payments, send reminders and manage rent arrears.

Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams.

Coordinate property repairs and maintenance from initial report through to completion.

Monitor compliance including Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, alarms, insurance and required documentation.

Arrange property inspections, check-outs and end-of-tenancy processes.

Assist with tenancy renewals, rent reviews and tenancy documentation.

Maintain accurate property, financial and maintenance records on ALTO, OneDrive and internal systems.

Develop working knowledge of UK lettings legislation, tenancy procedures and property maintenance.

Take ownership of assigned properties, follow-ups, tasks and deadlines.

Previous property or real-estate experience is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Work-from-Home Requirements

Own laptop/computer and smartphone.

Strong and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection.

Separate, quiet working room suitable for professional calls and online meetings.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM UK Time

Saturday

Work allocated on a team rotation basis.

Candidates must be able to work according to UK working hours. Nepal working hours will change when UK daylight-saving time changes. This is a full-time role. Employees are expected to fully commit to the position and must not undertake other employment, part-time work, freelancing or side businesses that conflict with working hours, performance, confidentiality or company responsibilities.

Salary, Training & Career Progression

The position includes a 3-month probationary period. Following successful completion of probation, the salary will be NPR 30,000 per month.

Full training will be provided in UK property management, lettings, compliance, maintenance, customer service and property-management systems. Opportunities for relevant courses and professional qualifications may also be provided.

Bonus, commission, promotion and salary increases will depend on individual performance, experience, professional qualifications, level of responsibility and contribution to the company.

Note: We are looking for candidates who want to build a long-term career in UK real estate and property management, with a preferred minimum commitment of 2 years.
