Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized People & Culture Manager to drive our day-to-day people operations, workplace culture, facilities, and business coordination. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work directly with international clients and stakeholders.
Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role involves direct communication with foreign clients. Knowledge or experience in the Australian mortgage industry will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Culture
Manage the complete recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, leave tracking, and confidential HR documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR and workplace concerns.
Escalate serious or sensitive employee matters to the COO when required.
Conduct and coordinate regular performance reviews and support employee development.
Promote a positive, professional, and supportive workplace culture.
Operations & Facilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, building management, and other service providers.
Manage office supplies, purchasing, and related operational requirements.
Coordinate with the IT team regarding equipment allocation, handovers, and employee transitions.
Identify opportunities to improve internal systems, workflows, and operational processes.
Business & Leadership
Manage communication and coordination with international clients and stakeholders.
Build and maintain professional relationships with global clients and business partners.
Support accounts related to the Australian mortgage industry, where applicable.
Oversee active contracts, billing cycles, and staff capacity planning.
Monitor team workload and capacity to ensure business requirements are met effectively.
Prepare accurate updates and reports for directors regarding financial matters, operational performance, staffing, and potential business risks.
Support senior leadership in day-to-day decision-making and business planning.

Other Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, People & Culture, Operations, Administration, or a similar managerial role.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
Strong experience in employee management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR documentation.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep teams and operations moving efficiently.
Experience working with international clients or stakeholders is highly preferred.
Knowledge of the Australian mortgage industry will be a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of confidentiality, professionalism, and workplace compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR/operations systems.
