About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to support our expansion efforts by identifying and engaging with potential partners. This role involves outreach, relationship-building, and guiding prospects through the onboarding process. You will play a key role in growing our network and ensuring a seamless experience for new partners.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential partners.
2. Initiate conversations via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our offering.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
4. Communicate the value of our platform and assist in the onboarding process.
5. Track outreach efforts, follow up with leads, and optimise engagement strategies.
6. Collaborate with the team to refine sales approaches and improve conversion rates.
7. Go on field visit meet clients for meetings

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
4. Ability to conduct market research and identify potential leads.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
6. Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and social media.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

1. Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.
2. Similarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems.
3. Background in real estate, hospitality, or creative industries.
