Job Summary

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-organized environment within the organization's premises. The role involves cleaning offices, rooms, washrooms, common areas, and ensuring that all facilities are maintained according to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and other surfaces.

• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene of all assigned areas.

• Collect and dispose of waste in designated areas.

• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary materials.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and other spaces when required.

• Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Basic education (minimum SEE preferred).

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage.

• Knowledge of basic cleaning methods and hygiene practices.

• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment.

• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties.
