The National Federation of the Disabled Nepal (NFDN) is a national umbrella organization of persons with disabilities and has been consistently working to promote and protect the rights of persons with disabilities in Nepal since 1993. NFDN is seeking a highly qualified, experienced and motivated professionals for the position of Project Coordinator to implement Include Us phase II project supported by CBM Global Nepal.

1. Project Coordinator- NFDN Federal Office Kathmandu
The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for overseeing the overall project cycle management of the Include Us Phase II Project and related NFDN programmes, ensuring effective, timely, inclusive and quality implementation in line with NFDN’s principles, policies, strategic priorities and agreed project standards. The PC will provide technical and strategic support to project and provincial staff, coordinate with OPDs, government authorities, partners, donors and other stakeholders and oversee programme planning, advocacy, capacity building, awareness raising, networking, budget management, communication, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. The PC will serve as NFDN’s focal point for federal and provincial project coordination, promote the meaningful participation of persons with all types of disabilities, support project and resource development and ensure that good practices, evidence and lessons learned are documented and applied to strengthen NFDN’s programmes.
