We are looking for experienced and confident Senior Study Abroad Counselors to guide students interested in pursuing higher education in Australia, the UK, and South Korea. The ideal candidates should have strong study-abroad counseling experience, excellent student-handling abilities, and the confidence to represent the organization through educational and promotional video content.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Counsel students regarding study opportunities in Australia, the UK, and South Korea.

Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable institutions and programs.

Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, and application procedures.

Guide students throughout the university application and documentation process.

Follow up with prospective students and support inquiry-to-enrollment conversion.

Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the counseling and application journey.

Stay updated on universities, programs, admission requirements, and destination-specific developments.

Coordinate with documentation and application-processing teams.

Maintain accurate student records and counseling follow-ups.

Participate in seminars, education fairs, information sessions, and promotional activities.

Confidently appear in educational and promotional videos related to study-abroad opportunities.

Work toward assigned application, enrollment, and student-conversion targets.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant study-abroad counseling experience.

Counseling experience for Australia, the UK, South Korea, or multiple international destinations preferred.

Strong understanding of international university admissions and application processes.

Clear and professional communication skills in Nepali and English.

Strong counseling, presentation, and student-handling skills.

Confident and comfortable presenting educational content on camera.

Strong follow-up, relationship-management, and conversion skills.

Good organizational and documentation abilities.

Target-oriented with a professional and proactive approach.
