In addition, the company manages documentation and customs clearance, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery experiences for its clients.Role Description The Market Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role involves identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting Speedy Traders’ services, and building long-term business relationships. The Market Representative will manage customer inquiries, provide service information, and support clients throughout the delivery and logistics process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, negotiating service terms, coordinating with operations teams, and tracking market trends to identify new opportunities. The role also includes providing basic training and guidance to clients on service processes and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand visibility.Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Sales and Negotiation abilities to generate new business, close deals, and maintain profitable relationships.
• Experience with Training or client onboarding to explain services, processes, and requirements clearly.
• Basic understanding of logistics, delivery, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu and conduct regular field visits.
• Proactive, target-oriented mindset with good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Prior experience in a sales, market representative, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
