• Job Description:

Develop and manage a scooter rental management system/software for customers, contracts, bookings, payments, and fleet operations.

Maximize fleet utilization and minimize idle/unutilized scooters.

Identify and establish rental stations across Kathmandu Valley based on market demand and business potential.

Drive sales, customer acquisition, B2B partnerships, and business growth.

Manage pricing, rental revenue, operating costs, margins, and overall profitability.

Develop commercially viable rental packages, contracts, and partnership models.

Monitor fleet, station, sales, and profitability performance and prepare regular reports.

Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure fleet availability and service efficiency.

• Qualifications:

Strong skills in sales strategy, commercial management, negotiation, and business development.

Experience in fleet/rental operations or technology-driven businesses
