Team members contribute directly to learners’ success and confidence by helping deliver clear, engaging educational content.Role Description The Video Editor will work on-site in Kathmandu in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with instructors and the content team to produce high-quality educational videos. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw lecture recordings, trimming and assembling footage, adding graphics and motion elements, and enhancing audio and visual quality to ensure clear, engaging content. The role involves organizing and managing video assets, exporting content in appropriate formats, and ensuring timely delivery of recorded classes and other learning materials. The Video Editor will also refine color, adjust visuals to match brand guidelines, and support the creation of promotional and social media videos as needed. This position requires regular coordination with team members to maintain a consistent style and improve the overall learner experience.Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for educational overlays, titles, and visual explanations.
• Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic audio editing tools is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are important.
• Prior experience editing educational or tutorial videos and familiarity with Loksewa exam content is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in media, film, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
