Overview
Our client is a fast-growing AI-powered lead management SaaS company helping businesses in the medical, allied health, and trades industries capture and convert more inbound leads. Their platform acts as an intelligent receptionist, automating lead follow-up, qualification, and appointment booking to prevent missed revenue opportunities. The company is expanding its outbound sales function and is seeking a driven B2B Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Specialist to make high-volume calls, qualify prospects, and book product demos with business owners and decision-makers. This role is ideal for a resilient and results-oriented individual who enjoys cold calling, engaging prospects, and contributing directly to pipeline growth and revenue.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM NSW, AU | With a 1-hour paid break (30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon) | 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners in the medical, allied health, and trades industries
- Qualify prospects by identifying their advertising spend and lead management pain points
- Secure and schedule product demo meetings with the company's co-founders
- Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers within targeted businesses
- Follow provided scripts and objection-handling frameworks to maintain consistent messaging
- Track call outcomes and maintain accurate records within the provided CRM and dialer systems
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B cold calling and appointment setting experience
- Proven ability to handle gatekeepers and secure meetings with decision-makers
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear and professional phone presence
- Ability to articulate pain points and value propositions without directly selling a product
- High level of resilience and self-motivation in a high-volume calling environment
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Familiarity with the Australian business landscape is a plus
- Bonus if you have hands-on experience with outbound dialers or CRM platforms in a high-volume calling environment
- It helps if you have prior experience calling into the health, allied health, or trades sectors
