XploraKōdo is looking for an experienced Senior QA & Test Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, security, and performance of its web portals, APIs, AI workflows, and mobile-responsive platforms. The role will be responsible for developing automated testing processes, conducting manual and regression testing, identifying defects, and ensuring reliable software releases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for web applications, REST APIs, AI workflows, and end-to-end user journeys.

Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, PyTest, or Postman.

Integrate automated testing into GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, API, and usability testing.

Perform cross-browser and responsive testing across desktop, iOS, and Android viewports.

Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs and security vulnerabilities.

Conduct performance and load testing, including API response and latency testing.

Perform basic authorization, authentication, and security checks.

Collaborate closely with developers and engineering leads to resolve defects before production releases.

Maintain QA documentation, test cases, reports, and release checklists.

Ensure quality across multilingual platforms, including English, Japanese, and Nepali.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ years of professional experience in software QA and test automation.

Strong experience testing modern web applications, REST APIs, and backend systems.

Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, PyTest, and/or Postman.

Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, HTTP, APIs, and browser developer tools.

Experience with React-based applications and Python/Node.js backends is an advantage.

Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
