Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal- BWSN established in 1995 is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life of poor, youth, underprivileged, and marginalized communities across Nepal. Guided by the motto “Listen to Children,” BWSN has built a strong reputation for implementing child-centered development programs in education, child protection, health, livelihood, water and sanitation, and disaster management.

In collaboration with various donor agencies, BWSN operates across Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini and Karnali Provinces, with a focus on promoting child well-being and family welfare, strengthening child rights and protection, health, education, livelihood/nutrition enhancing community resilience, and fostering sustainable development.

BWSN is implementing HATEMALO for Child Wellbeing and Integrated Development Project in Sarlahi and Mahottari district of Madhesh Province, in partnership with World Vision International Nepal. We heartily invite applications from qualified and competent candidates for the following position.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in budgeting, accounting, financial planning, grant management, and financial analysis within NGO/INGO sectors.

Experience working with donor-funded projects, preferably with World Vision International Nepal-funded projects.

At least two year's working experience in Procurement Management/Finance/ Office Administration

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in market systems development, value chain development, livelihoods, economic development, agribusiness, or related sectors

At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing community-based health and nutrition programmes

At least 2 years demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE), livelihoods, market systems development, or gender-responsive development programmes.

At least 2 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of child protection principles, survivor-centered approaches, child protection laws, policies, and referral mechanisms

At least 1 years of experience.

Certified psychosocial counselling training of at least six months (face-to-face counselling certification preferred).

At least one year's working experience in Procurement Management/Finance/ Office Administration

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning, preferably in NGO/INGO settings.

Community Mobilizer – 06 (Sarlahi 1, Mahottari 5)

At least 3 years of experience in community mobilization, community development, child-focused programming, sponsorship management

Janitor – 01 (Field Office, Mahotari)
