Vacancy for Assistance Finance and Admin Officer (Only Women)

Trio Research and Development (TrioRD), is a research organization, aims to promote human rights, child rights, communication, peace, inclusive social development, and good governance through research and study, publication, evaluation of programs, capacity buildings, policy formation and review, awareness building and communication for behavior change. Work as a resource organization to conduct studies and research, issue publications, conduct baseline evaluation on success and impact, build capacity, review programs and policies, develop awareness materials for child rights and overall human rights, , child friendly education, social justice, governance, communication, behaviour change and social development issues, Facilitate the design and evaluation of strategies, advocacies, lobbies, and campaigns on child rights, human rights, social justice, and development issues.

Kathmandu (10-15) percent may travel

Administration and Finance Officer will work under Executive Director (ED) and Program Head (PH) of TrioRD; the position holder is expected to perform the following tasks:

Apply with covering letter with CV, Copy of Nepali Decent Citizenship before October 16, 2026 by 5 pm. This position is for three-month initial probation period, will start from November 06, 2026 subject to extension based on performance. This employee will report to ED and Program Head, and the benefits for this position will be as per the personnel policy of TrioRD.
