We are looking for a skilled Off-Page GEO / SEO Executive with strong hands-on expertise in link building, backlink analysis, authority building, and emerging GEO/AEO strategies.

This is a specialized off-page role for someone who understands how traditional SEO authority signals and brand mentions contribute to visibility across Google, Bing, and AI-driven search platforms.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Build high-quality and relevant backlinks across multiple client niches.

Execute guest posting, niche edits, citations, directories, forums, resource-page links, and outreach campaigns.

Develop off-page strategies focused on both traditional SEO and GEO/AI search visibility.

Audit backlink profiles and identify toxic, spammy, or low-quality links.

Analyze backlink quality, authority, relevance, and competitor link profiles.

Prepare and manage Google disavow files when required.

Use SEMrush and Ubersuggest for backlink research, audits, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification.

Research brand citation and authority-building opportunities relevant to GEO/AEO.

Monitor developments across SEO, GEO, AEO, LLMs, and AI-powered search.

Maintain accurate link-building and outreach tracking records.

Collaborate with content and on-page SEO teams on priority pages and link targets.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on backlinks, authority growth, rankings, and referral performance.

Continuously test new off-page strategies and recommend improvements based on results.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on Off-Page SEO/GEO experience.

Agency experience is strongly preferred.

Strong practical knowledge of link building and backlink strategy.

Advanced working knowledge of SEMrush and Ubersuggest.

Experience with backlink toxicity analysis and the Google Disavow process.

Understanding of GEO, AEO, AI search, and traditional SEO.

Experience working across multiple industries or client niches.

Strong competitor backlink analysis and outreach skills.

Familiarity with Google Search Console and rank-tracking tools.

Ability to independently identify what is working, what is not, and recommend changes.

Portfolio or evidence of previous SEO results is required.

Ability to commute to Tahachal, Kathmandu.
