We are looking for a responsible and organized Outlet In-Charge to manage the overall day-to-day operations of the outlet, including sales, inventory, customer service, records, and product management.

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Handle overall daily outlet operations.

Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.

Maintain records of sales, expenses, and daily transactions.

Assist customers and provide professional customer service.

Arrange and display products properly within the outlet.

Respond to customer messages and inquiries promptly.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the outlet.

Prepare basic daily and periodic sales and inventory reports.

Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail, outlet, store, or similar operations.

Good customer-handling and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of inventory and record keeping.

Comfortable maintaining sales and expense records.

Basic computer and social media/messaging skills.

Responsible, organized, and able to manage outlet activities independently.
