We are looking for a highly responsible and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead teams, manage branch performance, and ensure smooth coordination across multiple branches.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Oversee overall day-to-day business and branch operations.

Manage and monitor the performance of multiple branches.

Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve organizational targets.

Set operational goals and monitor performance and productivity.

Coordinate between departments and branch teams for smooth operations.

Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Monitor expenses, resources, and overall operational efficiency.

Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.

Prepare and review operational and performance reports.

Support management in business planning and expansion activities.

Conduct regular branch visits and follow up on performance improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3+ years of relevant managerial experience.

Excellent leadership and team-management skills.

Experience handling operations, staff, and branch performance.

Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple branches.

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of business operations.

Willingness to travel between branches as required.
