Key Responsibilities

Counsel and assist candidates regarding available job and career opportunities.

Understand candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, and career objectives.

Provide accurate information about job vacancies, recruitment procedures, and requirements.

Handle candidate inquiries through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate records, documents, and follow-up details.

Coordinate with recruitment and placement teams to ensure smooth processing.

Support candidate conversion and achieve assigned targets.

Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Prepare regular updates and reports on counseling and recruitment activities.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Relevant experience in manpower, recruitment, or consultancy is mandatory/preferred.

Female candidates preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong counseling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.

Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

Positive attitude, confidence, and professional personality.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
