Marketing Operations Assistant (Remote | Full-Time)

At TalentPop, we work with growing eCommerce teams in a fully remote setup. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant who can support day-to-day marketing workflows while staying detail-focused and proactive.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day marketing operations and workflows
• Manage and maintain website and content updates
• Assist in campaign tracking and reporting
• Create and manage UTM links
• Support paid advertising initiatives
• Assist with HubSpot workflows and Zapier automations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors
• Help manage community engagement initiatives
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, operations, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with data, tracking, and reporting
• Hands-on or working knowledge of HubSpot workflows
• Experience with content calendars or campaign coordination
• Strong communication and basic copywriting skills
• Comfortable working with tools, systems, and automation
• Exposure to AI tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO is a strong plus
• Experience in eCommerce or interest in the space is a plus
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
