Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for 2 Video Production Experts based in Kathmandu. The Video Production Experts will be responsible for capturing high-quality videos of campaigners, beneficiaries, events, and field activities for Goदान’s crowdfunding campaigns. The role includes planning and executing shoots, operating cameras and related equipment, directing subjects during filming, and producing visually compelling content that communicates authentic human stories. The Video Production Experts will also assist in video editing, post-production, and content preparation for digital platforms, ensuring every video meets a professional standard and aligns with Goदान’s mission and brand image.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in videography, camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio recording
• Proven experience in professional video production and editing with high-quality output
• Ability to capture emotional, authentic, and impactful storytelling content for campaigns
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Experience in shooting interviews, field-based stories, promotional videos, and documentary-style content
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for cinematic quality
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and campaign teams while managing shoots independently when required
• Knowledge of post-production processes including color correction, sound enhancement, and final export optimization
• Prior experience in media production, advertising, digital content creation, or related fields is highly preferred
