Additionally, you'll handle any customer complaints and ensure that all service activities are well-documented.

🎓 Qualification

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in Automotive Technology or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
