Job Description
Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to child welfare, inclusive education, and community development in Nepal.
Short Job Summaries & Eligibility
1. Program Coordinator (1 Position)
Key Role: Overall field project leadership, staff management, donor compliance, monitoring, and municipal/SWC stakeholder coordination.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development Studies, or Social Sciences (Will prefered the Master's degree in relevant subject) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing NGO education/WASH projects. Excellent leadership, English/Nepali writing, and Maithili communication skills.
2. Admin & Finance Officer (1 Position)
Key Role: Managing daily bookkeeping, Famas entry, financial reporting, TDS/VAT compliance, local procurement, and audit preparation.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBS) or Accounting with at least 3 years of experience in NGO financial accounting and Nepalese tax laws.
Key Role: Instructional coaching for primary teachers (ECD–Grade 3), classroom observations, lesson plan support, FLN tracking, and school WASH program monitoring.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field with 2 years of experience in teacher training/coaching, foundational literacy, and school sanitation programs.
4. Health Teacher (4 Positions)
Key Role: Directly assisting primary teachers (ECD–Grade 3) with LEAP learning materials, mobilizing Child Clubs, leading co-curricular activities, and conducting daily WASH inspections.
Qualification & Experience: Intermediate (+2) or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Health, or Humanities with 2 years of experience in early grade classroom assistance or child club facilitation.
Language Proficiency
Fluency in Maithili and Nepali is mandatory for all positions.
