Karnali Network for Integrated Development (KNFID) Nepal, a non-profit, non-governmental national- level organization, has been dedicated to addressing injustice and inequality experienced by poor and marginalized groups. Our work encompasses the development of training programs, networking initiatives, research endeavors, and policy influence. KNFID Nepal collaborates with local partner organizations in the areas of health and physical rehabilitation, inclusive education, and resilience, including emergency response, to improve the living conditions and involvement of the most vulnerable populations in Nepal. KNFID Nepal is implementing the project Named "School and Community- Based Project to Improve Learning Environments and Strengthen Children's Learning Competencies in Dhanusha and Kathmandu" in Tarakeshwor Municipality, Kathmandu district, Nepal in partnership and funding support from WORLD SHARE. The project aims to establish a safe and inclusive community-based Children’s Center in Tarakeshwor Municipality, Ward No. 5, Kathmandu. The Children’s Center will provide after-school learning and homework support, remedial and foundational learning, life-skills education, sports, arts and creative learning and other child-development opportunities.
